Muscle Snatch From Knee

This exercise is to get into the correct positions. For this lift you want to have your shoulders infront of the bar when your at the knee and have the weight distrubuted towards the back of the midfoot as you bring the bar up you want to fully extend with your arms relaxed then pull the bar up vertically remembering to keep the bar close at all points of the lift.
