Muscle Snatch From Hip

This exersize is to creat explosive power from the hip and help learn how to turn the bar over properly. You will need to get the bar in the power position for the snatch and from there all you do is fully extend with the bar and make sure the bar is close to your body in the pull when the bar is at the highest point of the pull you will turn the bar over and press.
